1. Why did you decide to go into modeling?

I got scouted by Bensimon Models and Talent when I was 5 years old at a Nutcracker Performance.  My mom was very hesitant to get me into modeling since she has modeled herself and was trying to shelter me from the business.  But we decided to give it a try for a few months, and I booked my very first casting for "Tea Collection" and ended up on 2 covers for them. I have worked in the industry nonstop since then.

2. How do you balance school and work?

It can be difficult at times. I often miss a lot of school when I work for a big photo shoot or I miss events that happen for my class, but school is my number one priority. I have a private tutor that comes to my house few times a week to help me catch up on my homework, and my parents help me out by making sure I don't miss out on important school occasions.

3. What has been the most fun job to shoot so far?

I love them all, but I have to say it has to be my Janie and Jack shoot.  They always get so creative with the hair, makeup and set design.  I am usually wearing hair extensions, and dancing in either fake snow or a puff of pink cloud.  It's totally magical!

4. What advice would you give to other young kids who want to pursue modeling?

Be totally committed and enjoy every moment of it.  Have fun and enjoy the journey of it because you never know when it will stop.
